Charity Fundraising

    Hampshire Hackers Golf Society (HHGS)

Based in Hampshire in the South of England, the Society was formed in November 2003 for business men and women.
In its first year a charity golf day at a local golf club raised over £600 for people with learning disabilities. In the following two years £3,375 and £5,780 were raised and in 2007 HHGS raised over £9,200 for two children's Hospices.

This year's charity is The Rainbow Centre, a Hospice for children with Cerebral Palsy in the South of England which relies totally on charities and donations as it receives no funding at all from Central Government.

The HHGS Charity Day is being held on Friday 12th September at Cams Hall Estate Golf Club, Fareham, Hampshire and all support will be warmly welcomed. In addition to the Golf Day, three Society members are taking part in the Paris to Hayling Bike Ride in July and their sponsorship money is being donated to the HHGS charity for the Rainbow Centre.
